Welcome to iris-solar.com, the official website of Iris Solar USA, Ltd. ("Iris Solar", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms and Conditions govern access to our website and the purchase of products offered through it.
By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Iris Solar USA, Ltd. is a Delaware C Corporation engaged in the development, manufacturing and commercialisation of solar technology products.
Our products include the IRIS T1, a product developed and manufactured by Iris Solar.
3. Products and Availability
Products displayed on our website may be available for immediate purchase or pre-order.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing and estimated delivery information are provided on the relevant product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and clearly presented.
4. IRIS T1 Pre-Orders
The IRIS T1 is currently offered for pre-order.
The IRIS T1 is not currently available for immediate dispatch.
The expected delivery timeframe is disclosed before payment.
Iris Solar has developed working IRIS T1 prototypes and is progressing towards commercial production.
A pre-order is a purchase of a product for future delivery, subject to the cancellation, refund and delivery provisions described in these Terms and our published policies.
5. Order Acceptance
Customers place orders through our website checkout.
Following successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, material pricing errors, regulatory restrictions or inability to fulfil an order.
Where we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected and the product has not been supplied, a full refund will be issued (less applicable sales taxes).
6. Pricing and Payments
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Payment is collected in full at checkout for IRIS T1 pre-orders.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges collected by us will be disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
7. Product Development and Specifications
The IRIS T1 has undergone prototype development and is progressing towards commercial manufacturing.
As part of the manufacturing process, certain design elements, components or technical specifications may be refined.
We will not substitute a materially different product or make material changes to a customer's purchased product without providing appropriate notice and obtaining any consent required by law.
If a material change is unacceptable, customers may cancel an unshipped order and receive a full refund.
8. Delivery and Fulfilment
IRIS T1 deliveries are planned for July 2027.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the communicated timeframe.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the agreed timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate where available.
Customers may accept the revised delivery timeframe or cancel their order for a full refund.
Shipping arrangements are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
9. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping within the United States is free unless otherwise stated.
For international orders, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customers may cancel an IRIS T1 pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
No pre-shipment cancellation fee applies.
Returns after delivery are governed by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.
11. Warranties and Product Support
Products will be supplied in accordance with their applicable descriptions and any express warranties provided with them.
Any additional manufacturer warranty terms will be made available to customers where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory warranty rights, product liability obligations or mandatory consumer protections.

12. Product Installation and Safety
Customers must follow all instructions, safety warnings and technical requirements provided with the product.
Where professional installation or regulatory approval is required, customers must comply with applicable laws and safety standards.
Products must be used only for their intended purposes.
Nothing in this section limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Intellectual Property
The Iris Solar name, IRIS T1 product designs, website content, technical information, images, graphics and other intellectual property are owned by Iris Solar USA, Ltd. or used with appropriate authorisation.
Website visitors and customers may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in that product.
