1. Introduction
Iris Solar USA, Ltd. ("Iris Solar", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to providing customers with clear and fair refund, return and cancellation procedures.
This policy applies to purchases made through iris-solar.com, including pre-orders for the IRIS T1.
2. IRIS T1 Pre-Orders
The IRIS T1 is currently available for pre-order, with delivery planned for July 2027.
Customers pay the full purchase price when placing a pre-order. The expected delivery timeframe is disclosed before checkout.
The IRIS T1 is not currently available for immediate dispatch. Iris Solar has developed working prototypes and is preparing the product for commercial production.
3. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may cancel an IRIS T1 pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund, less applicable sales taxes.

A full refund includes the product purchase price and any shipping charges paid for the cancelled order.
4. Refund Processing
Once a valid cancellation request has been received, we will initiate the refund promptly, generally within seven business days, and within any shorter period required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an appropriate alternative refund method.
5. Production and Delivery Delays
We currently plan to deliver IRIS T1 pre-orders in July 2027.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify the affected customer and provide an updated delivery estimate where available.
Customers will be offered the option to accept the revised delivery timeframe or cancel their order for a full refund.
Where applicable law requires the customer's consent to a delay, we will obtain that consent. If consent is not provided, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Returns After Delivery
To request a return, contact us using the contact form on our website, with your order number and the reason for the return.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be returned in good condition with their supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the request has been reviewed.
Eligible refunds will be processed promptly after the returned product has been received and inspected.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Where a return is necessary due to a confirmed defect, damage or an incorrect item, Iris Solar will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory warranty or consumer protection rights.
8. Products We Cannot Supply
If Iris Solar is unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund.
Customers will not be required to accept an alternative product or an indefinite delivery delay.
9. International Orders
International customers may have additional cancellation, return or refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory local laws provide greater rights than this policy, those laws will apply.
