1. Overview
Iris Solar USA, Ltd. develops and manufactures solar technology products, including the IRIS T1.
This policy explains our shipping charges, pre-order delivery schedules, international shipping arrangements and procedures for delivery delays.
2. IRIS T1 Pre-Order Delivery
The IRIS T1 is currently available for pre-order, with delivery planned for July 2027.
The product is not currently available for immediate dispatch.
We are working towards fulfilling customer orders in accordance with the communicated delivery schedule.
3. Free Shipping Within the United States
Standard shipping within the United States is free unless otherwise expressly stated.
If any shipping charge applies to a particular product, destination or shipping method, it will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to destinations supported by our checkout and shipping services.
Shipping charges for destinations outside the United States are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Charges may vary according to destination, package dimensions, weight and available shipping services.
Customers can review shipping charges before completing payment.
5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any taxes collected by Iris Solar during checkout will be identified before payment.
6. Production and Delivery Schedule
IRIS T1 customer deliveries are planned for July 2027.
Individual delivery dates may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, order fulfilment, shipping destination, customs clearance and carrier operations.
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details following dispatch.
7. Manufacturing or Shipping Delays
Manufacturing and logistics delays may occasionally occur.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the originally communicated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate where available.
Customers may accept the revised timeframe or cancel their order and receive a full refund.
We will comply with applicable consumer protection requirements relating to delayed shipments.
8. Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If your shipping address changes before dispatch, contact legal@iris-solar.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery information before the order is shipped.
9. Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments
If an order is lost, damaged during transit or does not arrive as expected, please contact legal@iris-solar.com.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping provider and arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required.
10. Pre-Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an IRIS T1 pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
